Tomorrow is the first day of your new journey at Wyke Sixth Form College! Here's a quick checklist to ensure you're fully prepared:
- Check for a Text: Keep an eye out for a text from us with your "Meet & Greet" room number. If you haven't received one, no worries! Rooming details will also be displayed at the Oak entrance. Here you will get your lanyard and timetable.
- Essential Supplies: Remember to bring a pen, paper, and a folder. Your lessons start tomorrow, and these will be required.
- Plan Your Commute: If you're using college transportation, check the route timetable on our website. Aim to be at your stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Don't forget to flag down the bus so they know you want to board.
- Upay Account Setup: Ensure your Upay account is set up so you can access our catering facilities. We don't accept cash on campus, but you can also explore nearby local shops if you prefer.
- Summer Work: Don't leave behind your summer work for every subject. Your teachers will be collecting this important material.
- Positive Vibes: Finally, smile and be ready to make new friends. Remember, everyone is probably as nervous as you are, so don't worry. We can't wait to see you tomorrow in your welcome classroom by 9:00 AM!
