An opportunity has arisen to work at an Ofsted Outstanding sixth form college as the PA to Vice Principal. Wyke Sixth Form College is recognised for its educational excellence, placed in the top 5% for progress at A level and ranked the second highest provider of students to Oxbridge in the Yorkshire and Humber region. Wyke is looking to recruit a confident and capable P.A. to work with the Vice Principal, other P.A.s and other members of the Senior Leadership team to achieve the College’s strategic priorities.

• This post would suit an experienced P.A. or senior administrator who has sound judgement and can prioritise a busy workload effectively, re-prioritising throughout the day. You will also be required to undertake highly confidential minute taking.

• You should have strong I.T. skills and high standards of verbal and written communication, giving you the ability to compile high-quality presentations, reports, correspondence and other documentation.

• The successful candidate will have a track record of taking a calm, solution-focused approach to situations, always maintaining high standards and remaining student focused.

The working hours of the role are on site, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm.
