This weekly lunch time fitness session gives opportunity for all to improve their fitness along with other benefits. The session is run by an external professional working within the fitness industry, taking a 45 minutes session each week looking at different aspects of fitness from HIIT sessions to circuit and boxercise. The sessions will vary each week and are adaptable for all capabilities.
This is a regular enrichment taking place across one lunchtime each week.
Not only is this a great way to improve fitness, but also helps improve mental health and create new friendships.
This is a free enrichment. Students must wear a sports kit and trainers.
