Congratulations to the Wyke Dance Team who claimed third place at the "That's Showbiz" national dance competition finals which took place at the Liverpool Arena on Sunday.Their Contemporary piece "Body Popping Sage Grouse" placed 1st in the senior open category and 3rd place overall. This is a massive achievement when you consider that over 220 professional dance schools entered the contest, with Wyke being the only sixth form college involved in the competition.Commenting on the day, the Wyke Dance team posted; "There are no words, you absolute superstars, we are all beyond proud of you!"Congratulations to all the students and staff who made this year's finals another successful year.
