In August, Principal Julie Peaks congratulated students on their amazing results. 140 A*s were achieved at A level, with 79% A*-C, and 80%of vocational students gained a distinction/distinction*. High achieving students continued to progress to Oxbridge, and more students than ever secured highly prized apprenticeships at blue-chip companies like BP, Cranswick Foods and PWC.
She said, "Our students go onto amazing destinations these include 33 students gaining places at Oxbridge and 51 onto Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science over the last four years. As a true Sixth Form College we offer an unrivalled range of academic provision and we pride ourselves on our students being able to choose any combination of course choice, an option that most other level 3 providers are unable to match.”
