Welcome Days – 9th and 10th September

We cannot wait to welcome you to Wyke on Thursday. You will receive a text message from us on Wednesday evening with the location of the Meet and Greet room you should go to on your very first day. You will be greeted by your Progress Tutor who will provide you with your individual Timetable and guide you from there. Please remember to complete your Summer Work for each of your chosen subjects before starting college. Please download our Welcome Booklet for new students below. You will receive a hard copy of this on your first day.

Accessing Microsoft Teams

Before starting Wyke, we recommend that you download Microsoft Teams. The below video can guide you through this process. You can also get further support with this whilst on campus.


The College operates an e-payment system to pay for campus fees, trips, meals and all other College activities. This can be done online using a secure website called ParentPay which offers the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have a secure online account, activated using a unique set of activation codes. You will be prompted to change these and create your own secure Username and Password for future logins. If you have two or more children at the College, you can merge their accounts once logged in. Wyke College also operates a cashless catering system and students will register their ID card to be able to access this.

Once enrolled, all students will have received their ParentPay activation code. If you are yet to receive your code, or have any enquiries, please contact finance@wyke.ac.uk.
