Wyke Sixth Form College is situated on a beautiful £28M university-style campus which provides a student centred community. The College has four separate buildings; Oak, Ash, Elm and Wilson. Together, these buildings house our extensive offering of over 45 Level 3 subjects and are linked by the outside landscaped courtyard and extensive social space.

The Oak Atrium is home to a state-of-the-art Library with space for students to access both reading and online resources. There is also a contemporary Theatre which accommodates Drama & Theatre and Performing Arts subjects along with our annual Cross College Production.

The Refectory serves a varied breakfast and lunch menu daily and is open for drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Upstairs in Oak, the Music Department have a high-tech recording studio and our Media Department have video editing facilities, an apple mac suite and a visual effects green room.

Ash is home to various subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Applied Science with their accompanying labs and experiment rooms. It is also home to Wyke’s creative hub; Fine Art, Graphic Design and Photography with an inbuilt Photography Studio.

Next door, we have the Wilson Building, named after our long standing Chairman John Wilson. The building is home to our Social Science subjects including Sociology, Psychology and Criminology, alongside Humanities and Law. Not forgetting the famous Wilsons Waffles eatery.

Our final building is Elm. This building houses our fantastic Dance and Fitness Studio which is used by Dance, Physical Education and Sport students. The studio is frequently used for many of our fantastic enrichments such as our lunchtime Yoga classes and our award-winning Dance Team. The upstairs teaching space is dedicated to our BTEC in Health & Social Care, along with our brand new T Level in Health course.
