Congratulations to the eight Wyke Film Studies students who have been accepted into the highly regarded BFI Film Academy.
As a member of the BFI Film Academy, students gain invaluable experience working alongside industry professionals who are respected practitioners in their field. Students will be offered a hands-on filmmaking experience which will help them develop practical knowledge and skills. During these sessions, students will be able to explore their creativity and passions in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Alongside these workshops are two intensive residential programmes. These courses last between one and two weeks and are designed to develop more specialist filmmaking skills and give students a unique insight into the filmmaking business.
