Enrolment 2020

You can now view your essential information – your enrolment appointment date and time and your Wyke Parent Pay activation codes– the same way that you uploaded your ID photo using this link https://vle.wyke.ac.uk/idphoto/

You just need to enter your S number, which is on all correspondence you have received from Wyke, and your date of birth. Once you see your greeting, click the ‘Info’ button to see your essential information. You can also view your ID photo, if you did not manage to upload one by the original deadline you can still do so.

Please use this form (Wyke College Confirmation of Enrolment Appointment Form) to tell us if your enrolment appointment is required so that you can start at Wyke in September. Please complete this by the 14th August.

We want the enrolment to be as easy and straight forward as possible so that you can get on with the rest of your preperation for joining us. I just wanted to take this opportunity to highlight a few key elements before you come in to your appointment.

Enrolment time: these have been carefully arranged to manage the number of students on site at any time, please come at your allocated time and aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before this slot.

GCSE results: please bring a printed copy of your GCSE results to enable a safer process for our staff entering the results into our systems.

Transition work: many of you will have completed the summer work released via Wyke Start. You can find it here: https://wyke.ac.uk/year-11-transition-work-2020/. Please bring your completed work with you and we will collect it through enrolment.

Support: Unless you feel it necessary to have support, can you please attend the appointment alone. This will reduce the number of people on site for the safety of all applicants and staff. For those parents/carers that do attend, there will be a waiting area for them in the canteen or if required they can accompany you throughout. A maximum of one additional member will be allowed on site.

Face coverings: We are asking that all applicants (and any parents/carers) wear face coverings throughout the enrolment process. Those who are exempt on health grounds will be exempt.

The College operates an e-payment system to pay for trips, meals and all other College activities. This can be done online using a secure website called Parent Pay. Parent Pay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have a secure online account, activated using a unique set of activation codes. You will be prompted to change these and create your own secure Username and Password for future logins.

Please make sure that your parents / guardians activate your ParentPay account as soon as you are enrolled and before your first day at College.

Please see the documents below for all the information you will need prior to enrolling at Wyke. Should you have any questions you are welcome to contact the college on office@wyke.ac.uk or speak with your enrolling tutor during enrolment week.
