Wyke Open Events

Part-Time Higher Education

A HNC in Health & Social Care information event is being held on 11th July between 5.00-8.00pm in the Oak atrium of the Wyke campus. The certificate is validated by Coventry University, Scarborough Campus, and the course is taught part-time during the evening at Wyke.

A HNC in Health & Social Care is a perfect next step from a BTEC Level 3 and it offers you an affordable pathway onto a HND or degree course in nursing. Attending classes two evenings per week means you can work while studying to boost your career and keep your student debts low.

Sixth Form Studies

For school leavers, our next open events are in October and November for students who are looking to enrol in 2018. These dates will be posted on this page in September.

Wyke Sixth Form College holds open events throughout the year and they are a fantastic opportunity to meet subject teachers, explore the university style campus and chat to some of our current students.

Open Evenings are an opportunity to tour the campus and explore the subject choice at Wyke.

Information Mornings are an opportunity to tour the campus and explore the subject choice at Wyke. Applicants who have applied earlier will also be called for interview on these events.

Advice on the application process is available and all subjects are represented with academic staff from that subject.
