Wyke is looking for an excellent manager with an up to date knowledge of legislation and best practice in relation to additional learning support (SEND) to take a lead on this significant part of the College’s function. The successful candidate will:

- Be experienced in providing top quality Additional Learning Support in an education environment.
- Have the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues and understand the factors that lead to high levels of student achievement.
- Be a skilled negotiator, confident having challenging conversations in a sensitive manner and make good decisions in complex situations.
