Higher Education Advice

University Prospectuses

At Wyke Sixth Form College we want students to receive the full package and progress successfully on to their chosen career and future aspirations. We have a dedicated team of careers advisers who book individual appointments for students (upon request), if they require next step support throughout their time studying with us.

Support with University application

To help students with the University application process we have a dedicated UCAS and Careers Coordinator. This includes guidance in choosing the right course of study, the right institution and what experiences they will want to gain from University. The University process really begins in the first year when we introduce the next step pathways. Inbuilt in to this is Wyke’s very own careers fair, alongside specialised course talks from a range of University providers. We really seek to give students all the information they require to make the right, informed decision for them and their future career.

The UCAS and Careers Coordinator, Sarah Beech can be contacted by emailing sarah.beech@wyke.ac.uk or visiting Oak 11 in the library.
