The Pre-Police Programme is designed specifically for anyone with an interest in pursuing a career in the police. We work closely with Humberside Police for help and advise on how to thoroughly prepare for the application, physical test and interview. We will be looking to take part in visits to different stations as well as working collaboratively with Hull University to find out more specifics on the Professional Policing Degree as well as Police Degree Apprenticeships.
There will be guest talks from the talent acquisition officers at Humberside Police as well as mock interview scenarios. The sessions will be structured based on a split of first and second years with a commitment of two sessions per term as well as bookable one to one support sessions for UCAS and application help.
We have a minimum of 2 sessions a term for the full cohort which will work on a flexible rota; with the addition of one to one support for applications and career advice.
